    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! Simply add items to your cart and proceed through checkout. International shipping rates will be displayed before you are asked for payment information.


    What methods of payment do you accept?

    You may pay with your paypal account or pay with your credit or debit card. Paypal allows you to pay with a major credit card without signing up for a paypal account. You may also send a check or money order to the address provided in checkout. Checks are subject to a two week waiting period.


    Do you offer wholesale prices?

    Some products are manufacturer exclusively by RaraEquus. To access wholesale pricing first create an account and then use our contact form to request your account become activated as a wholesale account. Once your account is activated by RaraEquus.com staff you will be able to view special pricing. Please inquire only if you operate a equine related business and can provide a copy of your Tax ID number or EIN.


    What method of shipping do you use?

    In the United States & Canada we ship via USPS by default. Customers may also select UPS shipping. At our discretion we occasionally ship large orders via UPS.

    International carriers vary.


    Is rush shipping available?

    Rush shipping is avaliable on most items. Out of stock and/or custom items may not be shipped with an expedited shipping method. To choose rush shipping, proceed through checkout and when presented with shipping options, click the UPS tab and select an appropriate shipping method.


    Production and Shipping Time

    Processing time is stated in most product descriptions. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for custom made items.


    Return & Exchange Policy

    Due to the customized nature of our products, hand made, customized, or custom order sizes and colors are not returnable.

    Stocked items may be returned. Contact us for an RMA number before returning a product. Returns without an RMA number may require 6-8 weeks for processing. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.

    Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns of soiled or used items may be charged a cleaning fee of up to 60%.
