CIRP (Artificial Muscle)
What is CIRP Technology:
CIRP Technology is body heat activated polymer available in sheet or micro-bead form. It has almost the exact density and protection action as animal muscle. The saddle panels use the micro-bead form.
It forms a layer of protection and fit-ability the length of the saddle. Typically a saddle has wool/poly fiber or foam filled panels to act as a bonding layer between the horses back and the tree. These layers are static and don't mold lengthwise down the horses back well.
CIRP Technology inserts in the panels, mold to the horses back on the bottom and to the saddle on top, like a bean bag chair does to a person.---Unlike beans, styrofoam beads and other things used over the years CIRP Technology doesn't crumble with age, it doesn't lump up and it doesn't Create gaps.
CIRP Technology does fill in the hollows and curves to even out the Pressure on the horses back. It does transfer feel of the horse without Transferring all the impact (under sudden impact, like a rider get caught behind over A fence, the CIRP Technology transfers much of the energy sideways).
Since CIRP Techology is the ideal density, horses back muscle up faster, as the back muscles are pushing against the ideal density. Think of Goldilock's, not too hard, not too soft just right: CIRP Technology is Just the right density to protect a horses back. Soft enough for comfort and To conform to fit: Yet, with the perfect density to to protect and not "bottom out"
